Limón de la Casita is a bittersweet kiss that lingers on your lips.
This liqueur was created in honor of the 125th anniversary of Verhofstede Brewery, as a variant of the Italian Limoncello. The sour comes from the finest essential oils, drawn from the peel of the finest Spanish lemons. Serve ice cold or use it as a base for a Kirr combined with a simple sparkling wine.
Serving tip
Incorporate Limón de la Casita into the vinaigrette sauce for your salad, as an alternative to lemon and honey. Or use the liqueur in the famous dessert Zabaglione and Sgroppino.
